Gualapack is global leader in premade flexible packaging with its stand up pouch and spouted pouch packaging solutions. Our stand up pouch and spouted pouch packaging range is divided in two categories: Cheerpack CP and Cheerpack DP, suitable for any market requirement. Our premade pouches are supplied to customers with their straw (attached by means of a machine specifically designed for this function) and a separate cap, to be inserted by customers during the filling process.

The injection moulding of cap and straw is based on the fusion of solid polymers and on the injection of the melted material into a mould. Caps are provided with tamper evident feature to assure total protection of the product.

The Gualapack range includes:
  • standard screw caps: various dimensions (8,6 mm; 14 mm; 21,9 mm);
  • membrane closures.
  • anti-choking Baby Cap®: diameter of 33 mm, with anti-choking holes allowing breathing in case of ingestion. Baby Cap® is recommended for baby food applications and also suitable for fruit puree, yoghurt and dairy products.
The new Gualapack’s innovative “BrickCap” offers your brand a unique opportunity of:
