Gualapack offers a wide range of pouch filling solutions for Cheerpack CPs and Cheerpack DPs with specific features and equipment according to product and filling process.
Our filling machines range from pilot machines, specific for the test phase, to intermediate systems and high-rate filling systems. Machines are configured for different types of heat-treatments.
ONE FILLING HEAD
THEORETICAL PRODUCTION CAPACITY: 44 ITEMS/min.
The CHP1H is a medium-low production filling machine consisting of a rotating board where pouches are filled and closed.
This machine is equipped with a loader which can contain approximately 1.000 bags. It is designed to inject liquid or creamy products in pouches of different capacities (from 40 ml to 1.000 ml for Cheerpack CP and from 40 ml to 500 ml for Cheerpack DP). It can be customized for every kind of product and according to customer's needs.
Configurations: cold filling, ultra clean, hot filling, retort.
TWO FILLING HEADS
THEORETICAL PRODUCTION CAPACITY: 65/88 ITEMS/min.
The CHP2H is a medium-low production filling machine consisting of a rotating board where pouches are filled and closed.
This machine is equipped with a loader which can contain approximately 1.000 bags. It is designed to inject liquid or creamy products in pouches of different capacities (from 40 ml to 500 ml for Cheerpack CP and from 40 ml to 200 ml for Cheerpack DP). It can be customized for every kind of product and according to customer's needs.
Configurations: cold filling, Ultra Clean, hot filling, retort.
FOUR FILLING HEADS
THEORETICAL PRODUCTION CAPACITY: 130/176 ITEMS/min.
The CHP4H is a medium-high production filling machine consisting of two rotating boards where pouches are filled and closed. It allows to fill two different recipes or double the normal processing speed of a CHP2H.
This machine is equipped with two loaders with a capacity of approximately 2.000 pouches. It is designed to inject liquid or creamy products in pouches of different capacities (from 40 ml to 500 ml for Cheerpack CP and from 40 ml to 200 ml for Cheerpack DP). It can be customized for every kind of product and according to customer's needs.
Configurations: cold filling, Ultra Clean, hot filling, retort.
SIX FILLING HEADS
THEORETICAL PRODUCTION CAPACITY: 180 ITEMS/min.
The CHP6H is a high-production filling machine, consisting of a linear chain conveyor. Pouches are conveyed in two lines to the filling heads and the cap screwers applicators. It is equipped with two parallel loaders with a simultaneous capacity of approximately 2.000 pouches.
The CHP6H is designed to inject liquid or creamy products in pouches of different capacities (from 40 ml to 500 ml for Cheerpack CP and from 40 ml to 200 ml for Cheerpack DP).
Configurations: cold filling, hot filling, retort.
EIGHT FILLING HEADS
THEORETICAL PRODUCTION CAPACITY: 240 ITEMS/min.
The CHP8H is a high-production filling machine, consisting of a linear chain conveyor. Pouches are conveyed in two lines to the filling heads and the cap screwers applicators. It is equipped with two parallel loaders with a simultaneous capacity of approximately 2.000 bags.
La CHP8H is designed to inject liquid or creamy products in pouches of different capacities (from 40 ml to 500 ml for Cheerpack CP and from 40 ml to 200 ml for Cheerpack DP).
Configurations: cold filling, hot filling, retort.
Gualapack offers a wide co-packers network, equipped with filling machines for Cheerpack CP and Cheerpack DP. This co-packing network is able to satisfy at best every kind of requirement from all over the world. It offers an adequate service related to the different productions and peculiarities of products.
Our filling machines are available directly from this network of companies to perform the following treatments: hot filling with pasteurization or sterilization, cold filling with or without the Ultra Clean Technology. The aseptic technology is still in progress. This system is consistent with every packaging system, both manual and automatic.
